• What happens if your "future husband" decides that he needs to break the record? How many kids do you plan to have? Do you think people will have big families in the future or is that aspect of Emirati culture changing?
If my husband decided to break the record, the UAE population will increase and of course it depends on how many children we are going to have. In Islam kids are gifts from God and I can’t decide by myself how many kids I want to have because I should discuss that with my husband. I think that families try to decrease the amount of having children.
• What's better: a love marriage or an arranged marriage? How would you feel about your husband wanting more than one wife?
I prefer arranged marriage, because I do believe love comes after marriage. It depends on the reasons why my husband want to get another wife. For example, if I can’t have children I don’t mind if my husband thinks to have another wife. To sum up, am not thinking of marriage right now, all I think about are education and being successful in my future life.
Good points Fatima. I realize that the number of children in a family is a decision that must be made between the husband and wife, but every woman I know has an idea of what their family will be like. You've never imagined your perfect future family? And where is your introduction paragraph?
